1. Q: What should I do when the memory card is full?  

    A: Please don't need to worry about that cause this outdoor camera will overwrite the previous recordings time to time.

2. Q:What is the maximum storage card should I put in? Will 256Gb work?

    A:  The maximum storage card is 128G..

3. Q: Can the WiFi security camera work with 4G LTE network?

    A: No. This Wi-Fi camera only work with 2.4G wiFi. It doesn't support 4G LET network, cause it doesn't have sim card slot.

4. Q: Is the solar panel built in to the cam, or on a cord? Can I install the solar panel anywhere I want?

    A: There is 3 meter cord connecting between the camera and soalr panel. You can install the solar panel separately.

5. Q: How to reduce the false alarms or false recordings?

    A: a. Adjust the camera sensitivity

        b. Leave out the detecting zones that you don't want alarms to be triggered.

        c. Check the battery of the camera wifi solar or change the battery because low voltage can cause false alarms.

        d. Make sure the solar camera is not placed close to heating or cooling vents, e.g. air-conditioner.
