1. Q: How to reduce false alarms or false recordings?
A: a. Adjust the camera sensitivity
b. Leave the detecting zones where you don't want alarms to be triggered.
c. Check the battery of the camera solar or change the battery if needed because low voltage can cause false alarms.
d. Make sure the solar camera is not placed close to the heating or cooling vents, e.g. air-conditioner.
2. Q: Can I take the SD card out, insert it into a sd card reader on your computer and view the recorded videos?
A: Of course.
3. Q: Can the WiFi security camera work with a 4G LTE network?
A: This Wi-Fi camera only works with 2.4Ghz Wifi. It doesn't support a 4G LTE network.
