1. Q: Can I take the SD card out, insert it into a sd card reader on your computer and view the recorded videos?
A: Of course.
2. Q: Can I use a cell phone carrier differently from the carrier that the 4g camera is using?
A: Yes, it doesn't matter which cell phone carrier you use for 4G IP cameras.
3. Q: What should I do when the memory card is full?
A: Please don't need to worry about that cause this outdoor camera will overwrite the previous recordings time to time.
4. Q: Can the 4G security camera work with WiFi?
A: No. 4G cameras, also called 4G LTE security cameras or 4G cellular-based CCTV cameras, require a separate mobile
service plan to work. Those 4G solar powered security camera cannot support WiFi connection, because it is designed
to work in areas without Internet or WiFi.
5. Q: How to reduce the false alarms or false recordings?
A: a. Adjust the camera sensitivity
b. Leave out the detecting zones that you don't want alarms to be triggered.
c. Check the battery of the camera 4g solar or change the battery because low voltage can cause false alarms.
